Venturis
is an ambituous, independent, investment company focused on investments in
medium sized enterprises in the Netherlands and Belgium. Venturis gets actively
involved in its portfolio companies. Active in the true meaning of the
word, by bringing in dedicated resources to develop and implement growth
or turnaround strategies in order to improve the company performance and
support the company's management. In most cases these persons operate as
a part of the management team in charge of the growth or turnaround
program. For companies with succession problems Venturis appoints new
management and prepares the company for continued growth together with
the management.

order to create maximum value for our portfolio companies Venturis works
closely together with its investors, advisors and management network.
The funding comes from Venturis' international network of investors,
which consists of informal investors, other private equity or investment
firms and banks. Venturis works together with a network of management
buy in candidates, interim managers and turnaround managers.
