The Royal Lifestyle Holding

In 2004 Venturis acquired a majority stake in The Royal Lifestyle Holding, the company behind the successful shoe brands Yellow Cab, Bufflox and Koudenberg. The Company designs, sells and distributes shoes in several countries all over the world and has taken a progressive and trendsetting position in the international shoe industry with its own designs. Venturis supports the management team with the implementation of its growth strategy. Venturis has sold a part of its shares to the management team.

Installatiebedrijf W.A. Kemkens

In 2004 Venturis acquired a majority stake in Installatiebedrijf W.A. Kemkens, the prominent technical services company. The company has a strong position in the technical services market and has a strong track record in electrical and mechanical installation projects in the Netherlands. Venturis supports Installatiebedrijf W.A. Kemkens with the implementation of its growth strategy.

Extrugroup

In 2003 Venturis acquired a majority stake in Extrugroup B.V., a machine development and manufacturing company, specializing in extrusion equipment for the food and plastics industries. Extrugroup produces amongst others, high quality extruders, cutting machines, sugar sanding machines, cooling tunnels and spare parts. Venturis supports Extrugroup with the implementation of its growth strategy. Venturis has sold Extrugroup in 2006 and bought it back in 2008.
