Extrugroup

Venturis acquired a majority stake in Extrugroup, a machine development and manufacturing company, specializing in extrusion equipment for the food and plastics industries. Extrugroup produces amongst others, high quality extruders, cutting machines, sugar sanding machines, cooling tunnels and spare parts. Venturis supports Extrugroup with the implementation of its growth strategy.
